David Koutsoukis

David Koutsoukis is an award-winning speaker, educator and author who shows educators how to build inspirational schools and classrooms. His dynamic and entertaining presentations reinforce his belief that the vital key for effective leadership and learning is ENGAGEMENT.

David is the creator of the Inspiration Zone concept, the ‘Architecture for Success’ school development process and the Strategic Leadership for Innovative Schools program. He has recently developed the ‘Hollywood Learning’ program that encourage teachers to ‘Make it more than a lesson, make it a learning experience!’

David has worked with leaders and educators in nine countries across four continents – from elite schools in South-East-Asia and Australia – to village schools in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. He holds the CSP designation (the highest international accreditation for speakers worldwide), has twice been named Western Australian Speaker of the Year, has been a runner-up in the National Educator of Excellence Awards and is a Past National President of the National Speakers Association of Australia.

David has written more than 20 books including the Behaviour Management Toolkit resources, Values Education Toolkit series, Six Kinds of Best Values Education Program, co-author of the best-selling Why You Click! With Some People and Others Drive Your Crazy! and co-creator of the popular Click! Colours personality cards.
